The villa
accommodation consists of large living room with TV and DVD
player. A small selection of DVD's and paperback novels are
provided. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave oven
with grill and a four burner gas cooker with oven and grill.
The master bedroom has a double bed and bedrooms two and
three have two single beds in each, all with wardrobes and
room fans, sleeping a total of six comfortably. Bed linen is
supplied along with two towels per person and are changed
weekly. The villa also has a large east facing veranda which
is warmed by the sun in the morning for breakfast but shaded
and cool during the hottest part of the day.
The garden is 2,000 sqm walled with a gated entrance and has
mature olive trees, fig, almond different fruit trees
including lemons as well as grape vines which are edible.
All of which you can eat when ripe. Help yourself. The
private pool is 10m x 5m in size and 1.25m deep in the
shallow end and 1.75m at the deep end. The pool surround
has special non slip tiling. Care should taken with children
as the pool is open to the garden but is clearly visible
from the veranda and kitchen. Beside the pool is a large
seating/sunbathing area, an outside toilet, shower and covered sitting/dining area with
barbecue. Garden furniture is provided. The pool and outside
areas will be completed at the end of March when new photos will
be added.
A welcome pack containing milk, water, bread, butter, cheese,
marmalade, tea, coffee, breakfast cereal and a bottle of
local vino will be provided on your arrival. |
